Fake job offers are sent in emails and messages from a fake domain, named dfds-career.com. The domain and the job offers sent from it are fake and not from DFDS.

We would never ask you to fill in personal information or transfer money as part of a recruitment process. If in doubt, you can always reach out to us to verify the information you received.

İzmIr - Sète

Route Information

On İzmir- Sète route there is one sailing every week on Monday from Alsancak, on Wednesday from Sète. On Sète -İzmir direction we have stopover at Yalova. Truck drivers are transported to Marseille Airport by Turkish Airlines and to Sète Port with shuttles from the airport. Sète Port provides easy transportation to France, Spain, Portugal, and United Kingdom thanks to its wide hinterlands.

Cargo Information

The cargo mix on this route is mainly trailers, complete units additionally buses, tractors, oversize cargoes, wheeled machines such as cranes, excavators, mixers, concrete pumps and containers.
*Private cars and private motorbikes can’t be loaded due to customs issue on this route.
*Swap Containers can’t be loaded on İzmir- Sète route.

Every unit at Sète port should be represented by one the forwarders from the list that approved by French customs. You can reach out to sete.med@dfds.com for the list of forwarders.
