UPDATED RATES ANNOUNCEMENT

Dear Valued Partner,

As stated in our announcement on 9th of July 2025, all current bulk ticket allotments, customer premiums, and similar agreements will be discontinued. Please find the details of the new pricing structure effective as of 1st of September 2025.

New pricing model consists of a performance bonus system based on monthly loaded volume. At the end of each month, number of units loaded on each route will be reviewed against the performance bonus tiers, and a separate bonus amount will be calculated for each route.

New freight rates and performance bonus tiers are as follows:

• Sea freight rates listed in the table will be applied as same to all customers. BAF, ETS, and Pendik terminal handling charges will be reflected in addition.
• BAF and ETS amounts will continue to be announced monthly. Pendik terminal fee will be charged as EUR 115 per unit.
• Performance bonus kickback will be requested at the end of each month with a return invoice on route basis.
• Above prices and discounts applies to trailers, complete units, containers and swapbody. For tank containers Tier discounts will be applied as 50% of performance bonus per unit.
• Standard payment term requires payment within 30 days. Payments exceeding 30 days will not be eligible for performance bonus.
• Payments within 7 days of the invoice date will be considered as cash payments and will be eligible for additional discount as 5% of performance bonus.
• Additional units are excluded from the performance bonus scale and will continue with their current pricing system.
• For compete units, vessel and flight driver surcharge will continue to be charged additionally.
