New Schedules & Cut-Off Times

 

Dear Customers,

In order to comply with customers demands and to deliver a more simplified and just-in-time service, we will as per 2nd of October introduce below changes for all services:
 
FRANCE LINE
As of 2th of October, we will concentrate all our France service only calling Sete, but 3 times weekly and all with larger capacity (300 unit vessels).

Furthermore, all France cargo will be loaded and discharged only in Yalova as of next week, where we now also able to supply tax-free Fuel to our customers. Freight tariff of Yalova – Sete line is going to be EUR 250 discounted in comparison to the current tariff of Pendik – Sete line.
 
We are convinced that Sete is the strategic choice for our customers and DFDS going forward. Sete is closer to major part of our customers end destinations including Spain and Portugal. Sete has a full intermodal infrastructure in place, which in line with the rest of our services from Turkey.

TRIESTE LINE
As per 7th of October we will increase our departures from Pendik to Trieste. We will have 6 weekly departures from Pendik to Trieste, and additional 2 departures from Yalova to Trieste.

In total, we will be offering 8 weekly departures from Istanbul region to Trieste. All vessels departing from Pendik will be discharged in SST, Trieste and all vessels departing from Yalova will be discharged in EMT, Trieste.

MERSIN LINE
We will continue with 2 weekly calls from Mersin to Trieste, both calling EMT, Trieste with no change in the sailing schedule.
 
PATRAS & BARI LINE
According to the new sailing structure, we will start to offer 3 Patras departures on round trip basis and all departing and arriving to Pendik.

On our Bari line we will be offering two export and one import sailings.

We hope all our customers will benefit from this initiative, as our target is to reduce lead times, faster access to our terminals, and deliver much simple and reliable service.
 
We kindly ask all to respect cut off times, as will be a vital part of delivering the service our customers demand.
 
In addition, we kindly ask all our customers to supply all relevant information and documentation upon booking, meaning Intermodal connection, description of cargo etc.
 
DFDS will implement similar booking system as known from DFDS Europe; this expect to be fully implemented during 1Q 2020.
