Information About U.N. Ro-Ro Online System

We would like to kindly remind you some features of U.N. Ro-Ro Online System.

 

U.N. Ro-Ro Online System automatically notifies customers accordingly with vessel departures and arrivals. These e-mail notifications are sent after verification of manifests. Departure notifications are sent at most 12 hours after vessel departure and arrival notifications are sent at most 2 hours after arrival. If you are not receiving these notifications please contact with Sales Department via sales@unroro.com.tr in order to register your e-mail address.

 

You may follow up your vehicle reservations for departing vessels from online system. Online reservation system opens 2 days before each vessel departure. Customers with reservations can get the most accurate information from this system. Other sources of information are misleading and inaccurate. Customers can view their bookings with vehicle plates.

 

Information on vessels, plates, location of vessels and booking information for their vehicles for each vessel can be viewed from U.N. Ro-Ro online reservation screens.

 

In upcoming months customers will also be able to view vehicles without reservations at Pendik, Trieste and Fernetti from this system.
