Freight Invoices & Collection Terms

 

Dear Customers,
 
Starting from January 1, 2019, all of the freight invoices will issued in EUR terms. There are 3 proposed methods for collection as follows;
 
  1. EUR Collection: Collections will be made in terms of EUR based on the invoice amount. Payment term for standard units round trips will be 60 days term, standart units one way tickets and container will be 30 days term and train freights will be 15 days term.
 
  1. TL Collection: In case of TL collections, invoices will be issued with additional 2% and collection will be made in TL equivalent amount stated on the invoice. Payment term will be 30 days
 
  1. Cash Collection: For cash payments, additional 2% of the invoice amount shall be reflected as customer premium and collections will be made in EUR terms.
 
 
We kindly request our customers to inform us on the preferred collection option stated above until December 25, 2018 by filling out the online questionnaire stated in below link. As of January 1, 2019, Euro collection option will be applied for the customers who have not made a choice.
