FernettiDFDS Has Completed The Acquisition of U.N. Ro-Ro

We are pleased to announce, that today, DFDS acquired 98,8% of U.N. Ro-Ro. We are looking forward to combining the strengths and geographies of UN RO-RO and DFDS and helping you grow your business via our strengthened networks and enhanced services.
DFDS will now operate 23 routes in Europe, deploying a fleet of 64 freight ferries (ro-ro) and passenger ferries (ro-pax). As we continuously develop our capacity to serve our customers, we currently have a newbuilding program of four large freight ferries (ro-ro) with options to order further two, and three combined passenger and freight ferries (ro-pax). The first ferries will be delivered in 2019.
