Dangerous Goods Procedure of Cologne Train Operations

 

Dear Customer,
 

In 2024, the paperwork processes for units which loaded with dangerous goods at the Cologne terminal will be managed as follows, and we kindly request you to inform the relevant departments;

 

- Customers need a printed version of the compete DGD document in their hands as soon as the driver reach the Gate at TKN terminal to hand over the same to TKN staff.

- Since the terminal will deliver the received documents to the wagon inspector, entry without documents will not be allowed.

- The wagon inspector checks the train and put the printed DGD document into the first trailer box which is the closest to the loco.

- As soon as the train arrives at the Trieste station, the loco driver will pick up the printed DGD documents and handover the terminal.
