CUSTOMER ANNOUNCEMENT

 

Dear Valued Partner,

 

Based on valuable feedback from our business partners, and following a thorough review of our pricing framework, we will be introducing a completely new pricing methodology effective 1 September 2025 for all our partners in the network.

 

This new model includes a unified, performance-based bonus scheme designed to create a more transparent and equitable pricing structure. With the new pricing structure, the following will apply:

 

• A single invoice will continue to be issued for your carriages. (Sea freight, BAF, ETS, THC, etc.)

 

• As part of the performance bonus scheme, a volume-based scale will be implemented.  If the criteria defined in this scale are met at the end of each month, one credit note may be requested.

 

• All current bulk ticket allotments, customer premiums, and similar agreements will be discontinued.

 

This change is designed to enable you to benefit from our services in a more efficient and effective way, while also strengthening our collaboration and streamlining our processes.
