Alcohol, Tobacco Products And Fuel Limitations According To French Customs Law

Please find below limitations of commercial products that can be carried in passengers’ luggage according to French Customs Law:
For tobacco products,

Maximum of EUR 75 for products coming from non- EU countries
40 cigarettes, 20 cigarillos, 10 cigars or 50 grams tobacco.
 
For alcoholic drinks,
 
0,25 liters for alcoholic drinks over 22 % alcohol and 0,50 liters for alcoholic drinks with less than 22 % alcohol
0,50 liters for wine or 4 liters of beer
In France, tobacco products and alchoholic drinks are sold by licensed distributors. It is illegal to sell and purchase these products from other parties.
 
The maximum amount of fuel that can be on the units entering to Toulon Port:
 
According to Customs Regulations No:1186/2009, the amount of fuel in one unit per voyage is limited to 200 liters. Any undeclared amount will be penalized according to the relevant law.
