About Shutdown of the Extranet System

 

Dear Customers,

Our old reservation and vehicle tracking system EXTRANET will be closed as of 15/09/2020.

This system will be replaced by MY FREIGHT system, the software used by DFDS globally.

In order to create your username and password in the My Freight system, we request you to send your requests via the following e-mail addresses:

* trieste.med@dfds.com
* sete.med@dfds.com

We kindly ask you to inform your operational units regarding the subject.
