About Form of Entrance to Turkey

 

Dear Customers,

Upon the announcement made by government offices and as of March 15, 2021, all passengers travelling to Turkey are obliged to fill out the Form of Entrance to Turkey presented in the website of Republic of Turkey Ministry of Health within the last 72 hours before travel.

Please be informed that the form can only be filled out online. To fill out the form, passengers can use the free internet service provided at the airports. 

According to the information received from the Ministry of Health and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, it has been stated that passengers who don't fill out the form will not be accepted to flights departing to Turkey.

We kindly ask you to inform your relevant operational units.
